IntroductionThe Program Manager serves as TT Electronics' primary point of contact and interface with the customer, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and coordination across all aspects of the customer relationship. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assigned customer accounts, including but not limited to, revenue performance, profitability, order excellence, and the overall customer experience . The Program Manager ensures cross-functional alignment across TT teams, drives effective program execution, and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
