As our General Manager at TT Electronics, Minneapolis, you'll assume full site autonomy, overseeing daily operations, shaping its future strategy, developing its people, and driving commercial performance. Reporting to the EVP Power (Divisional Lead), you'll play a visible role in shaping the future of the site. You'll lead robust Monthly Business Reviews, semi-annual Talent Reviews and the development and execution of a clear Strategic Growth Plan, presenting performance, opportunities and risks to Board-level stakeholders.
