Test Engineer Specialist

Selected candidates will join a group that is responsible for supporting a wide range of electrical systems and equipment in the following areas: reactor plant instrumentation and control systems, steam and electric plant systems, auxiliary electrical/electronic systems, power distribution equipment and systems, and advanced power electronics. This position supports all fleet submarines, including Los Angeles, Ohio, Seawolf and Virginia classes; training platforms including S6G Moored Training Ships at NPTU Charleston, SC and the S8G Prototype at Kesselring, NY. This job will provide for an unusually large variety of work of differing durations, and increased responsibilities and independence as ability and experience supports.
