Structural Engineer I/II

Waterfront Structural Engineering has a need for an entry level structural engineer in the discipline of submarine hull, external, or internal structures. The job consists of a work split between troubleshooting construction issues in the shipyard and technically evaluating these conditions via calculations and reports in the Groton office. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop a knowledge base in a wide variety of submarine structures, including: pressure hull, non-pressure hull, external structures, bulkheads, tanks, component foundations, decking, furniture, and lockers.
