Senior Backend Engineer (Product Enablement)

Product Enablement is growing!

We're looking for one Mid or Senior Backend Engineer to join Product Enablement. Alongside the data fixes and developments we already deliver, the team will take on bug handling. That gives the platform development teams more room to focus on the roadmap.

Moving bug handling into Product Enablement lets the platform development teams focus on building the roadmap without unplanned interruptions, which makes delivery dates more predictable. For users, it means dedicated capacity, clear SLAs and reliable timelines. Bug effort also becomes visible and measurable, root causes get planned into the owning team's roadmap, and we can finally include this work in capacity and planning conversations.

Requirements
