Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team at KIGO, located within the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai. KIGO is a Michelin-starred restaurant offering an authentic Japanese dining experience, celebrating traditional Japanese flavours, craftsmanship and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a talented Bartender with a strong understanding of premium beverage service, excellent mixology skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience in a refined, high-end dining environment.
