VR Experience Associate (Gaming & Customer Service)

Work Location:

• Orchard Central, Singapore

Salary Range:

• $2,500 - $3,500

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist with bookings and enquiries.
• Introduce VR games and guide customers on equipment usage.
• Ensure VR stations and gaming equipment are properly set up and operational.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support during gameplay.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the outlet and equipment.
• Recommend suitable VR experiences based on customer preferences.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions.
• Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Deliver professional and positive customer service experiences.

Requirements:

• Interest in gaming, VR technology, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, gaming, entertainment, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
