Job responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images for interpretation by physicians.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
• Explain procedures to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Document and report findings accurately in patient records and maintain confidentiality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in sonography techniques and technology.
• Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

Job requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
• Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sonographer in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
