What You'll Actually Be Doing -Experience in planning and scheduling large-scale construction projects -Data Centre project exposure highly preferred -Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls -Ability to develop, monitor, and update project schedules -Experience working with contractors, consultants, and clients -Knowledge of critical path analysis and progress reporting -Mitigation: Conduct delay analyses and establish recovery strategies. -Tracking: Monitor critical path milestones, site progress, and equipment vendor lead times. -Scheduling: Build and update integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
What You'll Bring -Proficiency in project software, contract management, and understanding of mechanical/electrical (MEP) workflows. -Degree in engineering or construction management. -Background in mission-critical or large-scale technical construction.
