Job Position: Sales Associate (Retail)

Salary Range:

• $2,500 - $2,800 per month, with potential to exceed $3,000 depending on experience (very negotiable)
• Sales commission available

Working Area:

• Jurong East

Working Hours:

• 6 days work week (Retail hours: 10:30am - 8:30pm)
• Off day on a weekday

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable lighting and bathroom solutions
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement
• Coordinate with team members on stock availability and deliveries
• Support daily retail operations and work towards achieving sales targets

Requirements:

• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication skills
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred
• Willingness to learn about lighting and bathroom products
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and retail hours
