Quantity Surveyor

Salary Range:

• 66,000–96,000 NZD per annum

Benefits:

• 0–20% Performance-Related Pay (PRP) every month
• 2% medical allowance every month
• 20 days annual leave plus medical leave per year

Job Description:

• Responsible for executing company projects in building construction
• Take off quantities, pricing, and preparation of tender submissions
• Carry out site measurement, cost estimation, and cost calculation
• Prepare PS3 and other relevant documents for each project
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the project manager

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
