As Project Director, you are the single point of executive accountability—leading multi-disciplinary PMC teams, managing direct C-suite/senior international tech client relationships, and steering massive budgets and schedules.

• Eligibility: Must be Thai National (International relocation support available for Thais living abroad)
• Project Timeline: New project starting Q1 2027 (Start no later than March 1st)

What You Will Do

• Direct end-to-end project execution from design through commissioning handover.
• Lead client-facing stakeholder meetings and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Oversee project programme, budget, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Drive overall site safety, quality standards, and contractor performance.

Experience You Need

• 12+ years experience delivering large-scale major construction projects.
• Proven track record leading hyperscale data centre or mission-critical builds.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong client leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities.

Nice to Have / Bonus

• PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
• Open to Senior PMs from Tier 1 PMCs ready to step up
