  • Coordinate with Regional teams, Country stakeholders, Centre of Excellence (CoE)/domain experts, and vendors to drive issue resolution and timely decision-making.
  • Maintain integrated issue, risk, action, and decision logs, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, and appropriate escalation.
  • Develop solution options, recommendations, and interim workarounds to support project continuity while decisions are pending.
  • Communicate Regional decisions and requirements to Country teams, ensuring alignment, understanding, and follow-through to closure.
  • Conduct regular Country progress, risk, and issue reviews, and identify recurring issues or common themes across countries and releases.
  • Translate recurring Country issues into structured improvement initiatives and support the enhancement of Regional standards, guidelines, and governance.
  • Define and maintain clear RACI, decision rights, escalation routes, and Regional/Country responsibility boundaries.
  • Prepare concise management reports and project updates for Regional and Country stakeholders to facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Foster effective collaboration across geographically dispersed business, IT, Regional, Country, and vendor teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills across Regional, Country, business, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Experience in core banking transformation, renewal, or regional/APAC rollout programs.

  • Strong ownership, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations within large-scale system implementation or transformation programs.
  • Strong capability in integrated planning, cross-workstream coordination, RACI/decision-right design, and management reporting.
  • Ability to develop solution options and recommendations, rather than simply coordinating or forwarding issues.
  • Experience coordinating multiple releases, projects, or workstreams while maintaining an end-to-end view of business and IT activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking, analysis, and management reporting.
