Machine Operator

Job responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in the data centre to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment malfunctions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document and report any operational issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the technical team to implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment as needed.

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a data centre or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
