Job Description:

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver POS-related projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
• Gather feedback from clients and end-users to guide system improvements and enhance usability, performance, and reliability.
• Translate product strategy and market requirements into scalable technical solutions that drive adoption and competitiveness.
• Plan and manage system updates and feature releases, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with business needs.
• Support ongoing product development to drive user growth, improve market performance, and achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, or enterprise systems.
• Experience in POS systems, retail technology, F&B systems, or payment solutions will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on business impact and user value.
