HR Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as required.
• Support organizational change and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equal opportunity.
• Advise management on HR best practices and legal compliance.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR management software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
