Electrical Project Manager

Salary Range:

• $5000-$7000

Benefits:

• 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month
• 2% medical pay per month
• 5.5 working days per week

Job Description:

• Ensure projects are carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
• Oversee construction activities on site, including any changes to works, and check drawings to ensure the design can be implemented effectively.
• Manage, coordinate, implement, execute, control, and complete specific projects.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
• Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at site, with clients, project teams, and relevant authorities.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementation.
• Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedule.
• Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Ensure Environment, Safety, and Health practices are always adhered to.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience working as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager in an electrical construction environment.
• Electrical experience at sub-contractors is preferred.
