BIM Modeller Intern

BIM Modeller Intern (3/6/12 months)

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and developing 3D BIM models for plumbing systems using Revit.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Update and modify BIM models based on project requirements.
• Ensure drawings follow project standards and BIM guidelines.
• Assist in coordination with consultants and other trades to resolve drawing issues.
• Support submission drawings and documentation.

Site Coordination (Secondary Scope):

• Assist site team in basic coordination when required.
• Support in checking drawing discrepancies and updating models accordingly.
• Participate in site visits for understanding project conditions.

Requirements:

• Must be able to use Revit (basic to intermediate level).
• Able to produce BIM drawings / 3D modelling work.
• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently with guidance.
• Good attitude and attention to detail.
