We're searching for a high-performing Account Executive (Sales) who thrives on exceeding quotas and building lasting relationships to unlock new business and cultivate existing accounts to support our Singapore market.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Analyse account performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
• Utilise CRM software to manage account information and track performance

Who You Are

• Have at least 2 years of experience in account management or a related field
• Have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction
• A highly motivated and customer-focused individual
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a deep understanding of customer needs and a proven track record in account management
• Are adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills
