Assisted Living Memory Care Lead CNA / Scheduler

Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, choice, and rights of the residents at the community. This role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits. This position will render personal care to residents and monitor their physical and cognitive wellbeing. This position also serves as a mentor as assigned to new associates following the orientation plan of the community.
