Director, Benefit Partnerships - Business Vertical

The Opportunity FoundersCard is hiring a Director, Benefit Partnerships to lead our Business Benefits portfolio. This is a senior commercial partnerships role for someone who knows how to identify great opportunities, build executive relationships, negotiate strong deals, and turn partnerships into measurable business results. Reporting to the VP, Partnerships & Experiences, you’ll own the strategy and commercial performance of the Business Benefits vertical—from pipeline development and partner sourcing through negotiation, launch, renewals, and expansion.
