THE ROLE

Working closely with Maintenance Controllers, you'll provide essential administrative support by processing maintenance transactions, entering and updating data, reviewing invoices and assisting with maintenance queries.

This is a great opportunity for someone with administration or data entry experience who has a passion for automotive, or someone who has already worked in an automotive environment and is looking to build their administration skills.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support the administration of vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and tyre replacement activities.
  • Review, process, and reconcile maintenance invoices, resolving discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Monitor workflow queues and ensure maintenance requests are actioned within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, transaction data, and documentation within company systems.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure positive service outcomes

ABOUT YOU:

You’re organised, detail-focused and enjoy working with data, systems and people. You’ll be confident following up workshops and suppliers by phone, resolving discrepancies and keeping things moving in a busy environment. Automotive experience or a genuine interest in the industry is a bonus, but your administration skills, attention to detail and positive attitude are what matter most. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team with plenty of automotive knowledge around you.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience in administration, data entry or a similar detail-focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills and comfortable making phone calls
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Automotive experience or an interest in the automotive industry is highly regarded
  • Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Administrator or similar would be a bonus
