Marketing Lead
Main responsibilities
- Owning and managing multiple B2B campaigns across different services, sectors and markets.
- Leading, supporting and developing our Marketing Operations Specialist.
- Creating campaigns across email, LinkedIn, digital, webinars, events, thought leadership and partnerships.
- Working with our SDRs to turn marketing engagement into quality conversations and sales opportunities.
- Developing messaging and content that makes complex technology and services propositions simple and compelling.
- Helping evolve our websites, landing pages and digital presence to generate leads rather than simply traffic.
- Coordinating designers and internal teams to bring campaigns and commercial ideas to life.
- Making sure our CRM tells us what's actually working - from campaign through MQL and SQL to opportunity.
- Measuring performance, challenging what isn't working and doubling down on what is.
- Supporting the development of sales collateral, case studies, Sales IP, events and wider brand activity.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, professional services, outsourcing, SaaS or another complex B2B environment.
- Experience managing or developing marketing team members.
- Strong track record of developing and executing integrated B2B campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience generating leads and contributing to commercial pipeline.
- Strong understanding of CRM, email marketing, digital campaigns, social media and marketing analytics.
- Ability to turn commercial propositions into compelling campaign messaging and content.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using performance data to make decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to challenge, recommend and prioritise.
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
