Your Role As a Strategy & Business Development Manager in our Defleeting team, you shape the future of FINN’s defleeting operations at a decisive point in the vehicle and subscription lifecycle. Sitting at the intersection of operational excellence and financial performance, you design scalable defleeting processes and manage key internal and external stakeholders. Your core objective is to ensure vehicles are defleeted fast and seamlessly, balancing damage impairment costs, customer revenue recovery, and a premium customer experience.
