Lead Group Controller (m/w/x)

Your Role As a Lead Group Controller, you take a key role at the intersection of Group Accounting, Business Controlling / FP&A, and external stakeholder reporting. You own our Group Management Reporting under HGB & IFRS, deep-diving into P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow performance to explain variances against plan. You turn complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that help leadership steer the business. In this role, you also drive data transparency, process and system improvements to scale with FINN's growth.
