MV Transportation is seeking a Senior Category Manager, Direct, to lead the strategic sourcing activities for direct spend categories associated with Maintenance including Powertrain, Outside Services, Filtration, Brake/Wheel End, Batteries, Modules, Re-manufactured Products, Shop Tools & Equipment and other maintenance parts. The goal is to achieve significant cost reductions, supplier and SKU consolidation while maintaining/improving product quality and supplier service levels. Compliance monitoring is also a key role.
