Cloud Computing Architecture Advisor (Subject Matter Expert I)

As NOAA moves more of its operational weather infrastructure to the cloud, MRMS needs to move with it. As FWI's MRMS Cloud Computing Architecture Advisor supporting NSSL, you will apply specialized cloud-architecture expertise to guide the optimization of MRMS real-time systems and reanalysis workflows for deployment in commercial cloud environments advising on deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and unit tests that meet NWS Enterprise Cloud development standards.
