Welder Helper

Assists welder in all aspects of track maintenance welding work; specifically assists in alignment and setup of rail for bond welding as well as finish grinding; assists in setup for frog, switch point, and rail end welding, by performing the following duties. Start date scheduled for January 11, 2027. Paid training will commence in New Smyrna Beach, Florida for two (2) weeks; thereafter, new hire Welder Helper will return to their home location (Jacksonville) for on-the-job training.
