Human Resources Internship - Summer 2027

Join Highgate this summer for an exciting opportunity with our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Intern!Our 2027 Human Resources Internship gives you the opportunity to explore the many areas of HR within a corporate hospitality environment. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, gain exposure to day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, recruiting, and employee communications, and help support initiatives that showcase Highgate's culture across internal and external channels. You'll begin developing valuable skills in human resources, recruitment, employer branding, and communications while gaining insight into the hospitality industry. Our internship begins in June and is onsite at our Corporate Offices in Irving, TX.
