SPH Graduate Student Ambassador (OHSU Student Worker)
- Engage with newly admitted students in Summer events designed for newly admitted students. Staffing and assisting with preparation for events.
- Digital engagement & management. Actively monitor social media channels and interact with prospective and current students in comments/DMs.
- Filing, preparing files, word processing, mail preparation and distribution, cross- campus errands & deliveries, inventory of swag, data entry, scanning, maintenance of other office files, etc.
- Prepares, formats, and edits a wide range of documents, including flyers, brochures, signage, accessible PDFs, etc.
