- Building HVAC System repairs
- Works with Building Coordinators, HVAC Technician, and Utilities staff to analyze and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning operational problems in assigned area.
- Coordinates with Utilities and zone staff to repair building system HVAC components and assures proper operation.
- Diagnoses and correct building HVAC System / component abnormalities quickly and efficiently.
