The duties of this position include: This position consists of clinical and educational responsibilities focused on Transitional Psychiatry. The Bridge Clinic Psychiatrist will care for high-acuity patients transitioning from inpatient psychiatry, Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES), and community crisis settings, conducting urgent evaluations, providing medication management and clinical stabilization, and coordinating care with inpatient teams, other ambulatory services, community mental health agencies, and primary care providers.
