The Role As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in AI, you will operate at the critical intersection of cutting-edge research, advanced software engineering, and business strategy. You will act as the master orchestrator for complex AI programs, translating highly experimental modelling concepts (such as Vision-Language Models, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI workflows) into robust, scalable, and production-ready enterprise solutions. Your primary mission is to drive clarity from chaos, leading the R&D initiatives through the technology maturity gates targeting successful derisking and handover of the innovation to the product engineering team. You will engage various cross-functional engineering, research, and operations teams evolving the current processes and methodologies for best performance.
