Your responsibilities:Advising on all tax aspects of M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital investments, and corporate restructurings.Structuring and implementing acquisition, investment, and financing structures from a tax perspective.Working closely with colleagues in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, Restructuring, Finance, Capital Markets, and other practice groups.Helping to manage ongoing client relationships and support business development initiatives.
