Associate Director (AD) of Enrollment

The Associate Director of Enrollment, Care Management will lead and oversee all enrollment operations for Essen Health Care's Care Management and Health Home programs. This role is responsible for managing enrollment strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing workflows, and supporting growth initiatives across partner organizations. The ideal candidate is a results-driven operational leader with deep knowledge of NYS Health Home enrollment requirements and the ability to scale enrollment processes while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.
