Experience in finish carpentry or commercial fixture installation

Knowledge of retail fixture and sign installation methods

Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

Strong measuring, layout, and leveling skills

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Knowledge of fastening and anchoring systems

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
