General Laborer

Essel is currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team on an active commercial retail construction project . This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are safety-conscious, and have a strong work ethic. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping us keep our project on track and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand tools and power tools as required
• Support skilled tradesmen (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc.)
• Follow safety guidelines and report any safety hazards
• Complete other general labor tasks as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to work as part of a team and independently
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction equipment is a plus
