• Outdoors: Rollerblading, bowling, trips to parks

🕒 What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
• Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service , with structured rotas and long shifts (7.30am–11pm), including sleep-in nights.

💰 What You’ll Earn

• Annual salary: £38,554 (based on £15.45/hour + 8 sleep-ins/month; dependent on qualifications) (Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026)
• Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts

✅ What You’ll Need

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Level 3 qualification in Child Care
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care
• Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
