Gas and Power Trader Analyst (Dublin)

An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Gas & Power Trader Analyst, to join TTEP All-Island Trading Team. All-Island Trading Team is responsible for delivering essential optimisation services, risk management and wholesale market access for all TTEP assets in the Republic of Ireland and GB into I-SEM.

As part of the trading team, you will be responsible for the trading and optimisation of a growing TTEP generation portfolio, including Tynagh Energy CCGT, Ballylumford CCGT, Kilroot and new Kilroot OCGTs.

Reporting to the Trading Manager (All-Island), the Gas & Power Trader Analyst shall be responsible for executing trading strategies, utilising expertise in the I-SEM markets, optimising thermal generation plant to maximise gross margin and offering support to the wider business functions when required.

In addition, analytical rotation roles and projects are also available to individuals to support the trading agenda and provide additional skill development for the team.
