(Senior) SuccessFactors Consultant – AMS (Support) Team (f/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• Advising our customers on the technical and functional further development of SAP SuccessFactors
• Independent implementation of customer-specific configurations and execution
• Providing support and advice on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into existing process and system landscapes for our customers
• Analyzing, advising, conceptualizing, and implementing applications for defined HR business processes
• Fixing errors in tools and processes as well as implementing new change requests

Dein Profil

• Several years of experience in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors applications
• At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Onboarding, Workzone
• Willingness to learn, independence, and a strong team spirit strong communication skills
• Excellent English language skills
