Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Grantham. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a wide variety of machinery used in fridge recycling operations with a particular focus on the fridge degassing and foam treatment plant (“Jerry”).

You will carry out both reactive and planned preventive maintenance, ensuring maximum uptime, environmental compliance, and safe operation of critical plant and equipment.
