HSE Advisor

We are seeking an HSE Advisor to collaborate closely with the HSE Manager in developing and implementing effective and scalable HSE plans, systems, processes, and procedures. This role will contribute to the growth of the HSE department, ensuring strong legislative compliance across all HSE disciplines for the company and its employees. You will work in partnership with various departments to promote a safe and healthy workplace, while also supporting the broader organisation in fulfilling HSE responsibilities.

• Full-time role based in Grantham.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Work environment is predominantly in a warehouse or processing facility.
• Regular exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn.
