We have an exciting opportunity at the Department of State! The Database Lead manages comprehensive database management support related to the global customer IT environment. It includes over 350 facilities, two domestic DoS Data Centers, multiple cloud-based platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Microsoft (MS) Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Office 365 (O365), SharePoint Online listed in order of priority), over 270 applications, more than 4,200 servers (a mix of Windows and Linux), over 50,000 workstations, and approximately 500 MS Structured Query Language (SQL) databases.
