Position Summary:

The Manager, Facility Management Contract is responsible for overseeing the Facilities Management contract at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital (CVH). This includes leading the hospital's Design, Build, Finance and Maintain (DBFM) contract management responsibilities; coordinating with the DBFM Facility Manager and FM service provider; and overseeing contract performance, governance, compliance, reporting, issue escalation and service outcomes.
