Applications Analyst - Clinical Informatics (Upgrade)

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Informatics, Applications Analyst (EPIC Upgrade) will use their clinical knowledge combined with their superior analytical skills to support Mackenzie Health's EMR (electronic medical record). As a Clinical Applications Analyst, they will work closely with physician leadership, nursing and allied health leadership, and various clinical groups to provide end user support, troubleshoot issues and errors in the system, enhance and improve EMR while maintaining system standards by analyzing business operations, prioritizing, and implementing requested changes.
