Maintenance Technician / Exterior Grounds

The Exterior Grounds Maintenance Tech 1 supports the Exterior Maintenance team in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of outdoor areas throughout the facility. This role performs hands-on exterior work including landscaping, grounds cleanup, sidewalk and parking lot maintenance, and exterior building upkeep. The Tech 1 works under the direction of the Exterior Grounds Maintenance Lead (Tech 2) and other senior team members. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, physically capable, and willing to learn a variety of exterior maintenance skills in a team environment while supporting EMCOR's "Zero Hero" safety culture.
