Maintenance Plumber

Responsible for operation, repair, and maintenance of related plumbing systems. Develop complete knowledge of the Sequences of Operation for all systems. Systems include; domestic cold and hot water distribution system, Steam and Hot Water Heating systems, various mechanical systems, air handling units, fan coil units, pumps, heat exchangers, and various other building plumbing / pipe systems on a multi-building college campus. Work can involve lifting heavy mechanical equipment and may be performed in areas of extreme heat or cold.
