Maintenance Planner reviews specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates, planning/preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors for daily maintenance activities. This position plans and schedules workflow for each department, operations, and subcontractors to meet scheduled deadlines.
