Trainee Quality Co-ordinator

Element is looking for an organised, motivated, and detail-oriented Trainee Quality Coordinator to support its Product Europe UK testing business. This is an opportunity for someone who is interested in quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement to develop their skills and gain practical experience in a laboratory environment.You will work closely with the Quality Manager and other teams to help ensure that laboratory activities meet the required quality standards, procedures, and regulations. You will receive guidance and training while learning how to maintain quality records, support audits, investigate issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
