Element has an opportunity for an Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the Operations team, the Engineer will support the execution of complex laboratory and qualification testing for a wide range of aerospace, defense, and industrial customers. This position is hands-on and combines engineering, laboratory testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and customer interaction. The Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing testing, evaluating test results, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing engineering support to technicians and customers.
